Bug Description
When bzr hits an unexpected error, it asks the user to report a bug in Launchpad including the traceback. It should also give a better clue as to what Summary to enter.
Because it's not obvious to users they tend to enter eg "crash in bzr commit", which is not a very good summary of the actual problem. Therefore developers tend to have to change them, and users don't get good automatic identification of duplicates. It would be better to start with something like "AssertionError in get_file running bzr commit".
