Launchpad API does not expose mailing list moderation

Bug Description
Some of us moderate lots of mailing lists and are used to using
listadmin. listadmin is a CLI utility that uses screenscraping to
interact with mailman. This obviously doesn't work with Launchad (since
it's a completely different web interface, and there's the whole openid
business as well), so we have to resort to the web interface.
Please extend the Launchpad API to let us moderate mailing lists so that
we can stay in the comfort of our terminals :)

This is blocked by bug 387487 which I've started to work on, but have not yet succeeded in fixing.
