"Shared With Me" does not reload when shares change

Bug Description

In one firefox tab, I was looking at the expanded "Shared With Me" folder. In another window I accepted a share from mdeslaur, but it did not show up in the first tab. Closing/opening the "Shared With Me" branch did not refresh the list. Clicking on the "files" link from the "You've claimed ..." tab, however, seemed to open a fresh view of my folders, and the new folder was visible as expected under "Shared With Me".

marking this as a duplicate because the root issue is that we don't currently have any updates pushed from the server down to the web client. the fix for the root bug will almost certainly fix the sharing interface as well.
