Bug Description
When you launch gm-notify the first time without having it configured, it asks you to configure it. However you cannot actually launch the configuration app after gm-notify is launched without configuration and you have to actively kill it.
It should automatically run the configuration under the condition that gm-notify is not configured. As a bonus that lets you nuke a very long string entirely.
