default date for network news

Bug Description
When adding a network news item, the default date is 1/31/2009. The date should default to the day you are posting the content. for example, if I try to add a Network News item today, the date should default to 4/29/2009.

Balazs, can you wire this up? I suspect it is a simple case of having the jquery scanner look for a selector that matches other field names.
