Bug Description
While rebuilding dapper for zSeries I found that rebuild of e2fsprogs fails due to different behaviour of texi2html in dapper. (texi2html was updated from 1.66 in breezy to 1.76 in dapper)
It now creates a directory for the split html files which causes the installation part to fail because no files are found.
I fixed it in debian/rules by adding -output=. to the texi2html call, this suppresses the creation of a new addition directory.

Thanks for this. I have a rebuilt package here, will hopefully get it uploaded after the dapper flight 7 release
