no ms Pinky vinyl support (sorry not really a bug!)

We pull our vinyl control code from xwax. The fastest way to get this fixed is to bug them: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/xwax-devel

Out of curiousity, do you happen to know what the major difference between MsPinky and other vinyl control records is? http://www.mspinky.com/WreckedSystem_Overview.html is a little sparse. http://www.mspinky.com/Developers.html is kind of cagey about information on the system itself; it kind of looks super-proprietary to me. It might not be worth the effort.
