Bug Description
It would be nice to have SPR and BPR exposed through the API, so we can do things like working out the Builds corresponding to a SPPH or BPPH. At the moment I can't see any relationship between SPPHs and BPPHs.

RIght, it should be possible to get existing binary publications built from a source publication. That's SPPH.getPublish
