Bug Description
Reported by Bartłomiej Korupczyński. Trying to read PCAP file generated by specter on amd64 fails with an error:
reading from file specter-
tcpdump: pcap_loop: bogus savefile header
Confirmed by Artur Hawryluk, who also provided a patch.
