This bug has its source in a manual modification of the Latex updmap.cfg file, through the manual installation of a new set of fonts (e.g. : cbgreek). During the upgrade of texlive-latex-base (and associate files), the mktexlsr program does not find the modification, which is in the /home tree. Try to re-install your personal package, and after recreate a /texmf tree in your personal /home, where you copy your .map file (along with the new package you wished to install) and try this : sudo updmap --cnffile ./updmap.cfg.
In order to find which package makes trouble with the upgrading of these various texlive-tetex files, please read the log file which is created after the aborted command "dpkg --configure -a".
