Bug Description
2010: Unify PyCon website Look and feel.
From discussions w/ Doug, what we want is same sort of css / skins, and footer with "powered by" to include both framework icons, with something like dimmed / brightened framework when you are on a page powered by said framework.
Icon should also give a "popup" on hover with current framework and app versions, and link to frame home, e.g:
web2conf 1.01 + web2py 1.60 (each name a hyperlink)
