Bug Description

When the Last-Translator field in a gettext upload contains a malformed email address, an InvalidEmailAddress is raised. The exporter doesn't catch it so it ends up as a traceback on error-reports instead of as a proper error report to the uploader.

Sample traceback here: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/23510177/pzxE5PKKYd6nP4EkIeoc73o5pIw.txt

This problem is fixed in my poimport-exception-reports branch. The problem is very similar to the one in bug 353668, which however isn't.
