Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
Apport frequently ends its interaction with the user by stating that an error was unreportable and that packages should be ugrade.
Ideally, for the convenience of the user, Apport should have the "OK" button default to launching update-manager. With a cancel button to avoid doing so.
