Hi!

I would like for qbittorrent to show the number of seeds also for the torrents
that are already completely downloaded.
If I know I am the only seed available, I am willing to keep on seeding
longer, regardless of the ratio.

No big thing. I can survive without it.
But since it doesn't look like a major thing to do (from my
cozy-not-developer-chair-of-course, so I might be mistaken), maybe you
could add this feature.

I will try to do it. I stopped displaying it because libtorrent always displayed 0. Indeed, once a torrent is finished, you are *connected* to 0 seeds. However, I will see how I can retrieve the total number of seeds and display it.

seeds -1 / leechers -1
how could it be?

restarting qbittorrent helped.

-1/-1 means that the tracker did not provide qbittorrent with this information. Not all trackers provide scrape information.
