Selecting Nodes not to be deleted while CTRL + L

Bug Description

It would be very helpful to be able to select nodes - especially corner nodes of scanned material - not to be deleted while CTRL + L.

good suggestion, I need this too.

Another possibility would be to just simplify selected sub-paths.
