Bug Description
The add/edit form for calendar events needs to be implemented. Some points:
- Similar to KARL2
- Have the start time default to "now" on add forms and the end time default to now plus one hour
- Changing the start time changes the end time to start time plus one hour, if the end time hasn't yet been set
- Minutes are done in 15 min increments
