Make selection capture 'rounded grey box' less intrusive

Bug Description

More often than not, when I trigger a selection capture, the area of the screen that I wish to capture is in the middle of my screen.

The grey rounded box that states "Draw a rectangle..." is usually coverint this area.

Its default position could be lower or higher on the screen. It could also use a smaller font.

Alternatively a tickbox "don't show this again" can be shown in the grey box, and a preference could be enabled to toggle this.

Well, it does dissapear as soon as you start selecting. But as it's main
goal is mostly to clearly communicate what to do on the first run, I think
it would be okay to have the message box hide and have just the overlay stay
after, lets say... 5? captures.
