Bug Description
Currently, tutorials are stored directly as a python code inside activities.
This requires that activities be changed according to their tutorials, which is not a good thing.
We require a way to store the tutorial FSM's and be easily able to easily retrieve them in the activity.
Also, we need a method to list all related tutorials for a specific activity and load the one chosen from the toolbar menu.
