Bug Description
Bluetooth device turns on together with computer, when Ubuntu Jaunty is starting. With Ubuntu 8.10 was everything OK.
My PC is Acer Extensa 5220.

I can confirm this for an Acer Aspire 5920 with current Jaunty development version. It did not happen with Intrepid for me.
Whenever I turn off bluetooth and restart my laptop bluetooth is automatically turned on again on next startup.
$ lsb_release -rd
