Execute >> Capture

Move to Deleted items folder >> Move to Trash

But the above one might be a localization. In en_CA though it's called Trash, not Deleted items folder

Execute a plugin >> Apply an effect

Generally lets refer to plugins as effects, because that's what plugins provide and what matters to the user.

new shutter branding description:

"Turn the picture into a polaroid one with the Shutter logo and a subtitle added"

new grayscale:

"Turn the picture into a greyscale image (256 shades)"

make sure all descriptions start with a capital letter

pdf:

"Save your screenshot as a PDF file"

hard shadow:

"Add a shadow to the picture on a transparent background"

sunk border:

"Add an inverted 3d border to the picture"

turned paper:

"Add a torn-like broder to the picture"

negate:

"Invert the colors of the picture"

sepia:

"Add sepia color toning to the picture"

statusbar: "Current Profile" >> "Current profile"

session tab:

"# screenshots during this session" - it implies "# screenshots taken during this session", but it even says that when I restart shutter, so I think it means "# screenshots open in this session"

"Current Preferences" >> "Current profile"

Rest are fine that I see

I've committed some changes to experimental branch, but I am unsure about some texts:

1) Move to Deleted items folder >> Move to Trash
=> Is "Move to Deleted items folder" in standard, so I've changed nothing

2) Execute a plugin >> Apply an effect
=> I'd like to keep it that way because a plugin can be everything (even though most plugins might be effects currently)

3) picture <> image
=> I've changed 'picture' to 'image' in all of your suggestion because we use image (or screenshot) in all other strings of Shutter

4) Capitalization

I've changed all descriptions to start with a capital letter and I want to change the names of the plugins as well. How should something like "hard shadow" be named? "Hard shadow" or "Hard Shadow"?

Btw, don't forget to clear the cache (--clear_cache) when launching Shutter from experimental branch to see the changes.

I'd say Hard Shadow. Disagree on the execute thing, still sounds bad.
Maybe "run a plugin"...

Fine.

Ok, "run a plugin" sounds good.
