Attachments are not displayed for show-blogentry and show-blogcomment

(This applies to viewing a blog comment as well.)

When attaching a file during adding a blog entry, the show-blogentry screen should display the attached files. Format should be the same as KARL2 as explained at:

"List the attachments by filename with an icon and a hyperlink"

Clicking the links should download the file.

Content in the attachments should show up in searches per the UAT:

  http://carlos.agendaless.com/dko/policies/blog.html#add-blog-entry

"The content of an attached file is indexed (using same rules as a File object). Matching on a word in the attachment shows a searchresult that goes to View Attachment. The attachment has a “title” that matches the resource it is attached to and that is the title that shows up in searchresults."
