Bug Description

Pages like https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/ubuntu-translators list projects which have translation group set even though they don't officially use Launchpad for translations.

They should be hidden.

We have 82 such projects in the database: "select product.name, translationgroup.name from product join translationgroup on translationgroup=translationgroup.id where official_rosetta is false order by translationgroup.name;"
