Bug Description
Once the battery of my laptop is charged, gnome-power-manager displays a notification that the battery is charged, and display it for 5 seconds.
But then the notification contiously comes back for another 5 seconds every 30 seconds. Clicking on the notification (or on its "kill" icon with the "x") doesn't make a difference, and it comes back 30 seconds later.
