Bug Description
cocooncrash: Maybe we want something similar to the different complaints for auth errors. If a plugin throws an exception, the event is marked as having an error, and if it gets to the Complain processor it chooses from a different set of responses which indicate that there was an error ("I'm not feeling too well", "That didn't go down very well").
