Bug Description

libgssapi2-heimdal provides /usr/lib/libgssapi.so.2 but not /usr/lib/libgssapi.so . Thus compilation of programs with the -lgssapi flag fails.

This is usually in the configure tests, and gssapi is not found, when it actually exists. One such package is php5.

I'm closing this out, the .so symlink appears in the -dev package as it should:

# dpkg-query -S libgssapi.so
libgssapi2-heimdal: /usr/lib/libgssapi.so.2
heimdal-dev: /usr/lib/libgssapi.so
libgssapi2-heimdal: /usr/lib/libgssapi.so.2.0.0
