Recording while playing back another instrument using PulseAudio is broken

Bug Description
Distribution: Ubuntu Jaunty with up to date updates
1. Install Jaunty
2. Pull newest Jokosher revision from LP bzr laszlok branch
3. Launch it
4. Create New Project, New Instrument
5. Set instrument connections right to your input (mine was USB headset)
6. Record first instrument, recording is clean and smooth
7. Unarm first instrument
8. Add another instrument, set instrument connections again to USB headset
9. Try to record it
10. Recording shudders, going slower and faster, slowing and faster all the time. Playback is out of sync. After recording, playing back recorded piece breaks Jokosher seeking (propably wrongly recorded file)

happens to me too, on Intrepid with the gstreamer devel PPA packages.
