Translatable-packages list for product is incomplete

Bug Description

A Product's Translations page has a heading "All translatable distribution packages." We use Product.sourcepackages to generate this.

Unfortunately Product.sourcepackages works in a weird way (bug 109886): the packaging link between a ProductSeries and a DistroSeries/SourcePackageName, in the Packaging table, does not duplicate the same link for related DistroSeries. Instead, Product.translatable_packages needs to complement the result we get from Product.sourcepackages with all DistroSeries that derive from the series listed there. Transitively.

This was brought up as a side issue in question 58913.
