Error Dialog does not say it is from AWN

Bug Description
There is a Dialog titled "Screen is not composited." It says, "Error: Screen isn't composited. Please run compiz (-fusion) or another compositing manager.
I am basically guessing that AWN is the one complaining, but I have no way of knowing. The reason is that I leave AWN running and will switch in and out of Compiz-fusion, every time I leave I get this dialog. I would prefer this instead be removed so I can live a care free life.
