Bug Description

The picture's cache directory should be hidden on Windows. There are some programs that do automatic scanning of directories looking for pictures (like Picasa) and then all the pictures appear on it automatically. In normal circumstances this is not a problem, but if you have installed, for example, the Red Tube plugin, then a lot of porn pictures appear mixed with your children's birthday party.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Elisa Media Center.
2. Install the Red Tube Plugin
3. Browse around
4. Launch Picasa

Current results:

You see a lot of porn pictures appearing on Picasa.

Expected results:

You don't see any porn picture.

Shouldn't this be marked as "wishlist"? It looks to me like a disguised feature request for a "no traces mode" (aka "porn mode") in Elisa.

I don't agree. If you install all the available plugins (excluding the redtube one) you end up with a huge picture cache directory with some "disturbing" images. And as the directory is not hidden, those images are indexed by the windows indexing service or other external products.

The latest free moovida 1.09 does not get any maintenance since a while. Now moovidadb.com is supporting Linux and support can be found at : http://www.fluendo.com/faq/
