Bug Description
Trying to refer to a package version with an epoch like
-r package:1:1.1-1
fails, as it currently tries to interpret the epoch as the distribution
name. It should be possible to make this just work.

A colon in the revision spec is no longer interpreted to mean
something else, so this now works.
