Bug Description

entertainerlib/frontend/gui/screens/question_dialog.py lines 54-55:

        # XXX: laymansterms - 0.26 is 355 px from default. As close to 350 as
        # this screen will get

The nature of this comment has to do with TextMenu and TextMenuItem. Current implementation dictates that you have to tell both object what the sizes are. This creates a mismatch unless the developer is very exact. TextMenu should probably determine the item size and intelligently figure out what to do with TextMenuItems that don't fit into those sizes.

I've removed the question_dialog screen in the screen factory branch so it takes care of this tech-debt.
