There is a first issue:
- DHT is started on restart althought we don't want it too. I will make a quick fix for this (but I will report a bug in libtorrent too because I believe it should not start DHT without telling us)
- DHT is started when a new torrent is added (I did not test this one yet). If it is confirmed, then I will report a bug in libtorrent.

As promised. I commited a fix for the first issue. I now force DHT to stop on startup if the user disabled it.

Concerning the second problem, I was not able to reproduce it. I tried the following:
- go to preferences and uncheck DHT support
- Save preferences (DHT nodes immediately felt down to 0)
- Add several torrents and wait a few minutes
--> DHT Nodes is still 0

Could you help me reproduce this second problem?

You reported earlier that DHT is started whenever a torrent is added. I cannot reproduce this bug after my recent fixes. Feel free to reopen this bug in case you experience the problem again.
