Bug Description

When you're drawing with any tool and change the line width size, your changes won't come into immediate effect as expected but on the next item you draw.

This is on Rev.301 - ppa4.

Unsure here. I know some graphics programs are behaving as described and others are behaving as GScrot does.

Personally i prefer the way it is now. Dia and Gimp are doing it in this way as well.

Gimp does not have the concepts of "objects", that's why. But see Inkscape
and Nathive - both are object-oriented, and changes there are applied on the
selected object as you do them.

This really is better - you can easily set the size you want instead of
applying and going back each time.
