Bug mail does not indicate whether an attachment is a patch

Bug Description
When adding an attachment to a bug report it is possible to indicate that the attachment is a patch. However, there is no indication in received bug mail whether or not an attachment that was added to a bug report has been flagged as a patch or not.
For example:
