The cause of the failure is :

dpkg: error processing language-pack-kde-en (--configure):
 package language-pack-kde-en is already installed and configured
====

Something has probably gone wrong with a previous install.

You can solve this by running the following command:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall language-pack-kde-en

Let us known if this fixes your problem.
