add some bool options for favorite hubs

This is a Wishlist-to-be item, but would be great to have.

The Favorite Hubs Properties window could have some three-state checkboxes for the specified hub.

For example, you could switch "Show joins/parts" on every fav hub you have (I know you're looking strange now, but it can be used on small hubs). When turned on, it would show joins/parts. When the setting is turned off, it would hide joins/parts. If it's in the "third" (gray-like) state, it would use the default values from the settings.
Also there could be a "Log this hub" option. If turned on, it would log PMs, main chat and status. If turned off, it would disable logging for that hub. If it's in the "third" state, it would use the default values from the settings.
