Bug Description
I'm not sure if this is a problem in Prefered applications or in Nautilus. I have Epiphany set as my default browser in Prefered Applications. If I drag and drop a link to my desktop and open it, it will open in Firefox.

Thanks for your bug. That's a known issue, nautilus uses the mimetype association, you can change it by right clicking on an html file and changing the default "open with" for it
