nautilus-cd-burner expects it can write large files in $HOME

Bug Description

2.13.90-0ubuntu1 (current Dapper)

When burning went very slow, I found out that nautilus-cd-burner assumes it can store files of GBs in $HOME. I think that's a bad assumption: people may have quotas or central home directories. In those cases, burning will fail by default.

This GConf setting is in /apps/nautilus-cd-burner/temp_iso_dir

Suggestion: maybe change the default to /tmp?
