Bug Description

This is a code issue which breaks the Coherence plugin, the database/dbus_service and the gnome_screensaver service.

Some Components monitor the bus for the ComponentsLoadedMessage emission. Problem is that this message doesn't have sense anymore since the recent work on the dynamic plugins loading... The message is now sent *before* all the components have been initialized.

Please provide the regression steps to check where the code issue was fixed.

There are not really steps to reproduce this bug, it's more an important code issue that would impact various plugins as described above. No precise end-user impact other than: "buggy Elisa".
