[win32] Play Slideshow option not available when viewing photos under Pictures\Photo Library\Folders\My Pictures

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Lauch Elisa
2) Click on Pictures icon
3) Click on Photos Library
4) Click on Folders
5) Click on My Pictures
Expected result:
My Pictures folder displays list of photos available in the folder & offers option "Play Slideshow" to start slideshow of the photos.
Actual Result:
"Play Slideshow" option is not available in My Pictures folder. Please refer to attached screenshot.
