Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Elisa on Windows XP or Vista with an installer
2. Launch Elisa and go to a list of videos

Expected result:

Thumbnails are present.

Actual result:

No thumbnails are generated and errors are outputted.

Important note:
The same bug prevents the media scanning from working correctly. Traceback is attached.

Tested on: v0.5.18
OS: XP & Vista
Thumbnails are still not generating on Vista when visited to list of videos page. Though thmbnails are generated on XP. Hence bug is confirmed.

Re-setting the status to "Fix Released" until we can confirm this is the same issue.
Shrirangv, can you please attach the contents of your log file to help us understand what the issue is?

Tested again on 0.5.18
OS: win32
The bug fix is verified as after re-testing the bug again today, thumbnails are displayed in videos list on Vista. This still needs to be tested on Ubuntu though, Hence not changing the status.

The bug is win32 specific & does not needs to be tested on Ubuntu. Hence the bug fix is verified. Adding tag Fox-Verified.
