Bug Description
When I don't have my bluetooth dongle plugged in or when i'm using a computer without bluetooth, I expect that bluetooth-applet and bluetoothd do not run. Hal (I guess) could be used to detect hardware with bluetooth capabilities and automatically run the required daemons, applets and so on.
