Bug Description
if you save image to file, it has a url that makes a file that is not very useful:
when we make this have good URL's, lets see if we can have this one work as well.

If/when we change to tiled image loading using the browser to try to save the page image won't work well. We might want a separate functionality in the UI to save an image of the entire page.
