Gwenview execution path missing/incorrect in KDE4 apps

Bug Description
Using Kubuntu Intrepid RC with some updates since RC was released.
Cannot open files via Kmail or Dolphin using Gwenview. Kmail fails gracefully (without any useful information) and Dolphin provides an error message:
KDEInit could not launch '/usr/lib/
The correct path is /usr/bin/gwenview (no links).
