Evince 1920x1080 zoom problem

Binary package hint: evince

Evince doesn't allow "Fit Page Width" when i'm using a resolution of 1920x1080 on my desktop, it appears as Evince doesn't scale pdf's relative to the windowsize. E.g. when I zoom to 400 % the pdf only takes up ~ 50% of the windowwidth when the window is maximized

1) I use Ubuntu 8.04

3) I expected that the option "Fit Page Width" actually made the pdf fit the window width.

4) The pdf only fills up about 50 % of the window width when the window is maximized
