shows incorrect prompt in text mode for cdrom upgrades

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

When doing a cdrom upgrade in text mode a prompt with a incorrect text is displayed. This is because DistUpgradeViewText.askYesNoQuestion() does not handle the third argument (default) correctly and reads it as "prompt".

I fixed this is my intrepid branch to ignore the default (to not break the string freeze) and fixed it properly in the "main" branch.
