Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-media

Just updated the system (a few days worth of Intrepid updates) and rebooted. After logging in the volume applet kept crashing. Tried running it on the command line, which suggested the --gst-disable-segtrap option and here we go.

From the look of the windows and icons, it seems like the gnome-settings-daemon (or whatever the name was) is not running, so I don't get the Human theme. No idea if it is related to the bug.

Seems to be fixed with libvisual-0.4-plugins 0.4.0.dfsg.1-2ubuntu4.
