FWIW, even if this wasn't happening, LP still can't mirror my pytz branches due to other bugs (which are being/have been fixed).
Anyway...
I don't know what's going on here. LP reports "Connection refused", so it has nothing to do with the smart server; it can't connect to my server period, and I can confirm that it isn't showing up in my web logs. However, I have no idea why. Everything seems 100% fine on my end. I have no problem interacting with my server from home, it isn't being blocked by my firewall, and I haven't made any relevant changes to my setup recently.
My host did have some network issues for an hour yesterday, but that shouldn't be related because Launchpad started reporting this on 2008-10-06 and still is as of an hour ago.
