Improve the "drawing experience"

Bug Description
When i take a screenshot of e.g. the whole screen and want to mark some details inside the small drawing tool, the picture will never fit inside the draw window. When i want to draw something over the whole window, i have draw the first part, stop, scroll, draw the second part. (For a better understanding please watch the screencast). Would it be possible that the section follows automatically the pointer?
