Bug Description
Binary package hint: usb-creator
This is related to bug #150872.
If you install a system using a LiveUSB created using usb-creator, the /etc/fstab that is created mistakenly identifies the usb flash device as a cdrom device.
Therefore flash drives will not be properly mounted until the line is removed from /etc/fstab.
